We are in search of a Virtual Assistant to oversee and manage the smooth operation of our client's everyday activities. This role involves managing a variety of administrative duties for team members and management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, be able to multitask efficiently, be able to learn new software tools quickly, and have a background in administrative or similar Office Management positions. Proficiency in software including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet software, and presentation tools, is crucial. Additional experience in specific project management tools and G-suite management is welcome.
Responsibilities:
Support with human resources tasks and recruitment processes.
Manage email correspondence and handle G-suite (Gmail, calendar, etc.)
Coordinate scheduling of meetings and take meeting notes.
Data input and management.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Requirements and skills:
Verified background in Administration, Executive Assistance, or a similar field.
Skilled in the use of office management software (notably MS Office suite).
Outstanding skills in organization and time management.
Excellent capabilities in both verbal and written communication.
Innovative problem solver with attention to detail.
Proficient in English.
Dynamic, flexible, and keen to acquire new skills.
